At Nyxor Venturo, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fashion and exceptional customer service. We want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Sports bras that have been worn
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Unless the item is damaged or supplied incorrectly.


3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no additional cost.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items if you require a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide store credit.


6. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before dispatch.

During peak periods, holidays or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.


7. Shipping

Nyxor Venturo partners with trusted global fulfilment providers, including CJ Dropshipping, to source and deliver products directly to our customers.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination but are generally:

  • South Africa: 7–20 business days
  • International: 7–25 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs inspections, courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will be subject to our standard return policy.


9. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the courier and our fulfilment partner before determining whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.


10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

Nyxor Venturo cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


11. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Nyxor Venturo cannot accept responsibility for returns lost during transit.
