All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available).

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Nyxor Venturo may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfilment centres.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the courier.

If further assistance is required, please contact our support team and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)

We will review your claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.


Order Changes

Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to guarantee changes to:

  • Shipping address
  • Product selection
  • Size
  • Colour
  • Quantity
